Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout, and orders over $75 ship free.
Yes. All payments are processed through a PCI-compliant payment provider — we never store your card details on our servers.

Yes, consultations can be rescheduled or cancelled from your account dashboard up to 24 hours before the appointment.

Yes, we currently ship to all 50 states. Delivery times may vary slightly for Alaska, Hawaii and US territories.
Consultations are currently offered as a paid self-pay service. Insurance and FSA/HSA support may be added in the future.
